Bass Player Live! 2015

Another year has passed and we have wrapped up yet another year of Bass Player Live! The entire show seemed to flow more smoothly than the last. We shared a booth with TecAmp, which brought a host of new players. MTD Artists Byron Miller, Robert “Bubby” Lewis and Andrew Gouché made Bass Player Live! nonstop entertainment.

Bob Lee was able to sneak away and snag a photograph with friend and legendary bassist Chuck Rainey!

Andrew Gouché mesmerized attendees with his new signature MIDI bass, playing tunes from his tour with Chaka Khan, while Robert Bubby Lewis demonstrated his much admired virtuosity on his new “Bubby Blue” nylon labella strings [developed in collaboration with MTD]. Byron Miller appeared with his new artist model “PSYCHO BASS,” an instrument which was well received by both long time and new-to-MTD players. It’s traditional shape and understated style surprised many, especially when plugged and played through TecAmp USA bass rigs.
